Excellence and Service.

These are two of the four primary core values of WILL School of Antipolo, Inc. as the school envisions its faculty to lead students in discovering new interests, enhancing talents, and gaining new knowledge through its dynamic curriculum and after-school activities.

One of the actions towards achieving these core values was successfully completed last August 22 (in retrospect) as WSAI held its Teachers’ Integration Day.

The Integration Day led by the head of the school aimed to cultivate the teachers’ skills even more.

Dr. Beth, the Academic Coordinator, discussed effective and essential educational planning to help teachers grow professionally.

It was highlighted how planning helps teachers build greater confidence, overcome nervousness and insecurity, and make their teaching more systematic and organized.

WSAI’s teachers are not exempted from continuing to learn with excellence. Besides the discussions, they also created a Curriculum Map (CM), lesson plans, and played educational games.

The teachers collectively said the lectures provided them “improved strategies in teaching, a better mindset, and a boost in their confidence.”
