WSAI administrators, faculty, and staff stepped out of their daily grind for a team retreat in Baguio City last December 6.

The retreat aimed to enrich each member and develop further camaraderie as they set off for the team building in the cold city. But this was just a warm-up for the year ahead.

The team visited various spots in Baguio, taking in all the sights while getting to know each other. They had various team building activities, processing, reflections, and group sharing sessions.

On a more relaxed side, they went to places including the BenCab Museum, where they viewed the many artworks of National Artist Benedicto Reyes Cabrera.

They also witnessed the Philippine Military Academy in one of their PMA Alumni recognitions and other drills.

The team didn’t miss La Trinidad, Benguet in their itinerary. La Trinidad is a neighboring town of Baguio City famous for its various colorful tourist spots.

Most of the teachers saw a positive impact from the program. They have grown as a family and learned new things about each other. Things they wouldn’t have learned if not for the retreat.

They said they brought home lessons and various bits of wisdom they can integrate into their daily lives.
