Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission, the child must successfully complete both a written and an oral evaluation. Here are the requirements for evaluation:

  • A photocopy of the child’s PSA birth certificate
  • A photocopy of the parents’ PSA marriage contract (if available)
  • Two 2×2 colored pictures on a white background
  • An evaluation fee of 575 PHP.

Parents should complete the admissions inquiry form. Afterward, a member of the admissions team will contact them.

Age guide for admission:

Junior Kindergarten – 4 years old by August 31 of the year of admission.

Senior Kindergarten – 5 years old by August 31 of the year of admission.

Grade 1 – 6 years old by August 31 of the year of admission.

Enrollment Process

Once the child passes the written and oral exams, the enrollment process can begin. Here is the list of requirements:

  • Five 2×2 colored pictures with a white background
  • Two 1×1 colored pictures with a white background
  • SF-9 or Progress Report Card signed by the principal with the Learner Reference Number (LRN) (for transferees)
  • SF-10 or Permanent Record (for transferees)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (for transferees)

Note: Only the first three requirements are necessary for Junior and Senior Kindergarten students.

Grade 7 students or parents interested in receiving the 9,000 PHP government tuition fee subsidy must provide the following:

  • Proof of employment (for employed parents)
  • Certificate of non-employment/proof of indigency (for unemployed parents)
  • Most recent BIR Form 2316 of parents

Tuition and Other School Fees

Tuition and other school fees are used for various purposes, including providing high-quality education and programs, hiring talented teachers and staff and maintaining a beautiful campus for students.

Tuition and other school fees can be paid at the school cashier’s office or via online bank transfer.

Bank accounts:

After making a payment, a copy of the deposit slip should be sent to billing@willschool.edu.ph for proper documentation, indicating what the payment is for. An official receipt and statement of account (SOA) will be issued once the payment is credited to the account.

WILL School offers flexible payment options. You can pay for your tuition annually, semestral, quarterly, or monthly.

Discounts and Incentives

These discounts intend to support families with multiple children and provide financial relief to parents while ensuring the school maintains its operational stability.

  1. RESERVATION FEE WITH TEXTBOOK DISCOUNT
  • A Reservation Fee of Php5,000 paid on or before February 28, 2025, will be entitled to a 5% discount on textbooks. 
  • The Reservation Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be deducted from the upon-enrollment fees. 
  1. EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT
  • Parents who enroll their child in cash payment from May 5-16, 2025 will be entitled to: A php1,500 discount on tuition fees and a 5% discount on textbooks 
  • Cash payment means full payment of all applicable fees stated in the tuition fee schedule. 
  • This discount applies only to cash payments and may not be availed with installment plans (i.e. semestral, quarterly, monthly, or flexi terms). 
  1. SIBLING DISCOUNT 
  • Parents with multiple children enrolled in the school for the same academic year are entitled to a Php1,000 discount per child on tuition fees, applicable to a maximum of four (4) children. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Non-Stacking of Discounts 
  • Only one discount may be availed per student. If eligible for multiple discounts, except for the Reservation Fee with Textbook Discount, only the highest applicable discount will be granted. 
  • Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified. 
  1. Discount Period 
  • Discounts are only applicable if payments are made within the specified period. Late payments will result in the forfeiture of discount eligibility.
  1. Non-Transferable
  • Any granted discounts cannot be transferred or converted to other fees in case of withdrawal or non-enrollment. 
  1. Application to Active Students
  • Discounts apply only to newly enrolled and continuing students for S.Y. 2025-2026. 
  • Students with outstanding balances from previous school years must settle their accounts first before availing of any discount. 
  • Failure to settle any remaining balance from the previous school year may result in the forfeiture of the discount. 
  1. Verification
  • The school may require proof of relationship (e.g. birth certificate) to verify eligibility for the sibling discount
  1. Reversal of Discounts 
  • If an enrollee withdraws before the start of classes or within the school year, any granted discounts will be revoked, and the regular rates will apply to refund computations, if applicable.

Fee: 12,000 with Shadow Teacher

Enrichment Class in Reading, Writing, and Mathematics
For Students who are Accelerated to Grade 1
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
Fee: 3,800

One-on-One Tutorial in Reading and Mathematics
Schedule: one hour per session, afternoon sessions only
from 1:00-5:00 PM Fee: 380/hour
